Our selection includes petite gâteaux, tarts, and verrines made fresh with rotating seasonal flavors, often inspired by the intersection of sweet and savory. Each piece is creative, beautifully crafted, and balanced to not be too sweet! Gluten free and vegan options are always available.
Petite gâteaux translated from French, the phrase literally means “little cake.” While this name may suggest a simple dessert, the petit gateau is nothing like your everyday cupcake and can be deceptively complex. Cut into one and you'll find it features a variety of components sure to exceed your expectations.
Tarts from our kitchen are a no small feat. We like to focus on the composition of elements first and create from there. Sometimes they are in a classic format and other times they are flipped on there heads! Rest assured you will not be disappointed with the results.
Verrines are basically desserts in a glass or in our case a cute little jar! Think of them like a kind of grown up parfait. We play around with flavor and texture here and add anything that may delight us while keeping the framework to look adorable for travel.
