At Sixth Course we focus on distinctive truffles infused with herbs, spirits, and spices. Our chocolates are handmade in small batches with organic locally-sourced ingredients. We use San Francisco's own Guittard Chocolate and organic dairy from Clover Farms in Sonoma County. Our award-winning truffles include classic & whipped ganache centers, silky liquid caramels, and feature sweet and savory combinations. The singular recipes we’ve developed over the years have yielded all-time favorites found in our Signature Collections.
Truffles are best consumed within 2 weeks of purchase. We recommend storing at room temperature (55-65 degrees Fahrenheit) and away from direct light. Do not refrigerate or freeze as this will compromise the appearance, flavor, texture, and life span.
